We designed and delivered vibrating feeders, including a pre-tank, for the valve sorting equipment. The feeding speed is 3 pcs per second.
The feeding technology system consists of a vibrating pre-hopper, which gradually adds the fed material to the circular vibrating feeder, from which it is further fed to the belt conveyor. On this belt conveyor, the supplied valves are separated and correctly oriented by means of a checker.
